What is integrative therapy?

Integrative therapy meets the needs of each unique individual drawing on the diverse foundation of training and study I have received. A main framework from which I work with clients is Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.  IFS was developed by Richard Shwartz, Ph.D. as a way to heal and free parts of the psyche from extreme roles, behaviors, and burdens so that one can begin to reform trust in one's Self, and so that the complexities of the mind can work in harmony together. I also integrate aspects of mindfulness and contemplative practices as well as Gestalt, humanistic, somatic approaches. I offer a free 30 minute online intro session to feel out if working together would be a good fit. If you'd like to book one, click below!
